Very nice hotel with good quality, tastefully decorated interiors. Warm welcome by the Staff (Ipshita and others). Lives up to Ramada standards. Breakfast spread was good. Central location, close to the main pedestrian only shopping area. Comfy bed. They have a generator (important in Gangtok), central heating. High degree of cleanliness. There is a large Buddha ststue at the entrance.

Hi we were 3 of us Me,my wife nd 5 yrs old son from Goa.Visited in January 2023.Had a memorable stay in Ramada.Excellent hotel with extraordinary Talented Staff.Hotel manager was very humble nd extended all sort of help during our 4 night stay.A special Thanks to all the team members of d hotel to make our Trip really worth it.Cheers.

The hospitality provided by the Manager in Charge Mr Abhisek along with other staff , specially from the day one till the end the way Mr Abhisek helped us and kept all our request to the core ..... He just made it perfect and wonderful holiday for us .....

The view of the hills from my room was breathtaking. The staff on duty including those at the reception and housekeeping were quite courteous and cooperative. Mention of Pooja at the reception deserves special mention. She was quite deft at sorting out small problems arising during our stay at the hotel. The breakfast spread was awesome.

Location - amenities - and other usual stuff is all good. nothing out of the world - BUT - it’s the STAFF of this hotel that just wows you. goes out of their way to serve and be attentive. it’s incredible - i almost stay in a hotel around the world twice or thrice a month. but the quickness of their staff and their just immensely helpful nature - makes this property an 11 out of 10

It was comfortable. There was a gym, breakfast was nice. We upgraded and the room we had was spacious, quiet, and comfortable.
